I notice most players who voted recently haven't recorded eir votes in the
spreadsheet the Promotor has attached - but if we are definitely using the
spreadsheet, may I be added to it? I know at least I'm eligible to vote on

I'm trying to parse the Election Procedure, I think if the decision is up
for voting that means the nomination period is ended, which means no new
nominations? Or not, because it states more players can become candidates
before the decision resolves.
