Below are two draft administrative regulations. The first one is a
style guide for proposals, concerning the elements I interact with
(metadata, headers, and text formatting). The second one codifies my
policies regarding use of the 2+N support method for pending. I hereby

If you're referring to the Eternal Personhood proposal, it still uses
the word "organism", which I read as including Ben and Claire as one
organism, since they inextricably share a body.
In the short term, I'm not in favor of rushing a personhood change
because it's a very important concept that
