Is the C036045C014A (3.5-3.8GHz PMP 450 High Gain SM) still worth trying to sell to anyone these days or are they e-waste? I have maybe a dozen of them and a couple of the connectorized version and looking to clear out space or just dump them at a recycler. Some are new and never saw field time

I could swear they came in all the versions (we bought all 20 Mbps and applied an $80 20-to-uncapped key when needed). I'd have to find one still in service to check, they had kind of a high failure rate for some reason. You are right though about the 450b not having sustained rate license keys. G
