Im trying to get the export out of CnHeat, but I still need to get more
sites into it and I havent even started the whole subscription side

cheat has a special section for this . Look at the bottom left. You have to
build your speed tier to signal strength mappings so they can export
polygons for your speed tiers. It's a bit different from just the regular
runs. If you have cheat polygons, we can prep your stuff pretty quickly as
we do

The filing thing rejected half of my location IDs as invalid. Apparently
they are marked 'bsl_flag=false' in the fabric data. All of my locations
IDs are commercial/business which were hit or miss which were flagged

The primary goal is to determine consumer level broadband access. So yeah,
they flag the commercial addresses and reject. It's a pretty easy search to
eliminate them. Just ignore anything with bsl_flag set to false.

I mean that's all of my locations IDs
I wonder if it is like filing a tax return. You can file a blank return
with just a signature and you will not get fined for not filing or late
filing.
