push us to go elsewhere. Between their screwed up ERP system and the other
supply shortages it’s time to find an alternative.

We met with Calix this week and they say they can cover it - but of course want
2 years of orders.Last time they asked for 6 months of orders which we gave
them - and they didn’t make that. They usually pull something out when we
complain but it’s getting tiring.

Mark,
DZSI is the new company name. Zhone did a merger a few years back. We haven't had any issues. There was a bit of a supply chain issue, but nothing major. We never had to stop installing customers.

I saw the same issue with Windows is Proxmox. I have one customer still using
it but will change it out when the chance arises. It's just "ok" at best IMO.
