I think they come from solar farms. They must replace whole sections if they get damaged, or something like that. A lot of them say they have the labels removed, so they can't be used for grid-tie, but for off-grid projects, I can't see any obvious reason why it'd be a bad idea, other than that th

I discovered I still had an account at Northern Arizona Wind and Solar. They are about $0.50 per watt at the low end. I see that true wholesale rates are half that or less for seconds. Trying to remember the place in Florida that had all the good deals. Not sure if they are still in busine
