I think in the cell AdService => "Add ads" => v200909, hash iterm:
'status': 'ENABLED',
should be moved to the operand level.
It is an attribute of AdGroupAd type, isn't it?

Just saw the adwordsapi official blog post "Discover v2009: Error
handling"
