I tried some Tools which have required access to the Adwords API. Now I
would like to manage all the given accesses, but I can't find a single clue
where this is managed. Have look all over again in my Adwords account.

Having the same issue. I would be great if the API handled this more
gracefully or if the query filtered out inactive ad account
