We've been using code from
v201209/accountmanagement/GetClientCustomerId.java
to get the client customer id.
I noticed with the new 201302 library, this file no longer exist.
what is the new way to get the same information?

Hi,
I was under the impression refreshToken is automatically handed by the java
api library. Is that incorrect?
For example, if I create a new GoogleCredential, set the parameters,
including both accessToken
and refreshToken
when I use this to access the resources, if the token is still valid.
Do any of the examples in the php SDK work with oAuth?
all the example code I try to run, still keep wanting developer token and email
address.
