I am trying to get adGroup stats within a date range for a single
campaign ID. When I send the following header using the v200909 perl
api client library, I get a response with all the ad groups for all
dates and all campaigns within that client account. Any suggestions?

Our account has been suspended for almost 6 months now. We would like
to use these services however , we have had no response as to when we
shall recieve access to our API or even an explaniantoion as to why is
was shut off in the first place. I seems as though Google customer
service is very poo
I just registered a manager account for google adword
But I could not find the API center inside the settings
Can explain me the reason?
I need it to be able to use the API
