We recently removed a user with API access from our Google Ads and added
another user. The new user is also suppose to have Adwords API access and
is listed in the "API Center".
I've setup oAuth2.0 and ran GetRefreshToken.php successfully but still get
"USER_PERMISSION_DENIED".
What else would
