We have managed to setup an API connection with Google Ads and are able to
pull the data. However, we wanted more clarity around what all columns
should be pulled from which views (Keyword View or Ad Group Ad View) to do
general omni channel reporting.

I tried pulling a full exhaustive list at adgroupad and keyword level for
around 402 and 370 columns respectively, and I discovered that I am getting
the same output columns count of 145 each for both the levels and the data
