I am trying to download KeywordPerformance report for GoogleDisplayNetwork.
I am able to get all the fields except destinationUrl field in downloaded

Is there any api call through which I can get the remaining keyword limit ,
ad limit on any specific account.
I know the total keyword limit for an account is 5m. However, we wanted to
check the limit before adding new keywords. Same is true for ads.

Recently I have started seeing that output returned by Targeting Idea
Service (STATS) doesn't match the input count.
Previously, the output count and input count always used to be same even if
