I have a problem with AdwordsAPI .NET v201609, When try to used
"BudgetService" to update budget( change status to Stop or Add new Budget
).I got exception about
"[InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @
com.google.ads.api.services.common.error.InternalApiErr
