Hello Team, Can you confirm that this is an API limitation and is possible from the Google Ads Platform? I can attach exclusion audience to a VIDEO type campaign, and value rules to a PERFORMANCE_MAX campaign from the UI. Does it mean that it is non functional from the platform as well? Best

Hello, Is it possible to create a user_list that will be based on app users via API? I tried with basic_user_list and rule_based_user_list (Both using conversion_action), but user list has Website visitors as a segment type, even though I attached conversion_action that is from Google Analytic
