User Permission Denied Different Client Library

Generating Placement Ideas

I know it's been asked before, and the answer has been that it is no longer an available feature, but i'm needing to generate placement ideas with the TargetingIdeaService. Through out the API documentation it references doing this (first paragraph of the link) so I was wondering if it was added
