All my Audience Customer list's Match Rates are 100%

I'm uploading some Audience Customer list's via the OfflineUserDataJob. It seems to be working well, but I'm confused as to why all my list have a 100% match rate. It seems odd that if I upload say 7000 customers, every single one of them matches. Does anyone have a good explanation as to how

Danial, It seems it may be related to the google api javascript library and specifically using the postback option. I am requesting an auth_code via a postback on the js side, then getting a refresh token using the php library on server side. Should I degrade use of the postback option? Thanks
