CustomerID for Admin access

I have to find all CustomerID for which I am admin. I tried a lot . but not able to find any particular way so that i could find only those customerid for which i am admin. I tried to find all accessible customer list. using those customer list i am able to find who is admin of all customer of

Find my userid or email id

available admin details to identify Customer IDs where I am an admin. Could someone please advise if there's a way to retrieve my User ID or email ID via the Google Ads API, or suggest an alternative approach to achieve this goal? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

Unlinking an Asset from an Ad Group Without Deleting It
