Hello, We applied over a month ago for basic access for our business, but have received no response. I re-applied last week. Our team cannot continue development until we have this level of access on our account, so it's very urgent we get this resolved ASAP. My MCC # is 856-266-0074 -- --

Can't get basic access

Hello, We're a recently funded startup looking to leverage Google Ads API for our user's reporting requirements. We applied for basic access a month ago, and have heard nothing back, nor any confirmation emails received. I recently re-submitted the application, to no avail. Please advise. --

We haven't received a case ID. We've submitted communication forms through the Contact Google Ads Compliance link twice but never received an e-mail or confirmation on the case number. We're requesting basic access. Thanks, Alex O
