Adhoc report question for MCC

Hello, I am pretty new to Adwords Adhoc reporting, not very technical. We have a MCC account and large number of accounts underneath. We want to make use of Adhoc reports facility. I have two questions. 1- While calling the API, what should be value of the header CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID ? Is it MCC
