I'm using the PHP client library to access your API (v201109).
In general I'm able to use the API (fetch campaigns, adgroups, ads etc...)
without any problems but if I try to use the ReportService I always get the
well known Message 'QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_NO_BILLING_INFO'.

CategoryProductsAndServicesSearchParameter to the request... however, the
CategoryProductsAndServicesSearchParameter needs a categoryId, that is a

I can see no issue with the account token-wise. Are you able to login into
the UI with the same login and password?
If so, please make sure you are using the latest API version (v201109) and
clientCustomerId as account identifier.
