It's a bit late for me now. It had already cost us enough by not
having any ads running so we had to change all our ads to include the
£ outside the param. So now we've lost all our ad history as well, who
knows what affect that will have on our cpc's and quality scores.

These limits are in characters. The number of bytes depends on the language
the string is in as the utf-8 charset can have characters of different size.
All SOAP requests should be sent in utf-8.

AuthToken is used to authorize user and identify which accounts he/she has
access too. It is required by all API versions. You often don't specify it
directly with libraries but provide login and password instead.

You can include the field "KeywordId" in your AD report to get the ID of
the criterion that was responsible for the impressions/clicks. This ID
could be a placement, user list, vertical, etc. You can cross reference it

As per the report migration page, we've normalized the data in such a way
that fields are only available on the report they really belong to:

An ad doesn't have a budget, so the report doesn't include that field.
Even more compelling is if we call the MCC Client Report for V13 the
data is there for that day.

The ServicedAccountService only works on accounts that are linked to an MCC
account. Unlinked accounts will not be returned by that service.

My understanding was that the report always behaved this way, which is how
the AdGroupAdService also behaves. You will need to add a predicate for
Status IN (ENABLED, PAUSED, DISABLED) to retrieve all ads.

It seems that missing the predicate for the Status of Ad Performance report
is the issue. It must have changed, (Similar to the all of a sudden
requiring the dev token that was supposed to happen in November a couple of
weeks ago) this change went in last week to now require the predicate for

I've also seen this issue appear, and it's only a very recent change. We
have NEVER specified a list of statuses for downloading
AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT reports, and have always downloaded reporting data
for all ads.
