I couldn't post my account screenshot but basically the My Account-
AdWords API Center tab is empty, nothing is showing up in it.

I just got an email today telling me my Adwords API token had been
approved.
I loggedinto my MCC account, checked the Adwords API Center - and it's
also empty. Maybe a bug?

BulkMutateJob doesn't provide you speed benefits over the synchronous
APIs, but it frees up your script in the sense that once you submit
the job, your script is free to do other tasks while the server
processes the keywords for you.
