Kindly note that once a user list name is created it cannot be reused, even if
the list with that name is deleted. In order to assist further on your query,
please provide us with the uncropped UI screenshot where you have created a
same user list through UI with visibility of the customer
I m also getting the same issue where using PHP library i m removing a
userlist it is removed successfully but i m not able to create a new with
same name, but from UI of google if i perform the same operation it allow
me to do so why???

Hi, we are having an issue where after we create an user list with name of
'Foo' and then successfully delete it, we are then unable to make another
user list with the same name of 'Foo'.
