Hi Anash,
Just created new sandbox client and customer id is returned as 0 for them.

Hi Anash,
Is this problem resolved because I just created sandbox clients, I see

Thanks.

I am new tot the sandbox, but get authorised only to see customerid = 0 on
the 5 new sandbox clients. I am using the PHP library and examples and have
tried several adwords email adresses.
I have read similar reports in forum postings, anybody else seeing this and
know why (and how to resolve)
Hi Alex,
I don't think this was normal behavior, but it's something to be on
the lookout for.

Seems pretty transient, yes. Back to normal now.
Should I be prepared for things like this to happen after each DB reset?
Thanks for your reply,
Alex, now having 4 AdWords accounts. ;o)

Hi,
Perhaps this was due to a transient error. Can you try initializing a
new sandbox account and see if the behavior is the same?

Anyone? I found reports of similar occurences ranging back to last year and
earlier...
But none of the threads really show some useful hint on what to do.
I'd rather not waste a million API units testing in a production account.
;o(
Could anyone please have a look into this? Thanks so much!
Dear all,
since the last Sandbox DB reset it took me a while to get back authorized,
at first.
Once that finally worked, I now have a fresh account, but unfortunately all
5 clients have "customerId = 0".
I tried for two different emails, same result. ;o(
