The last release for that project was in March of 2009 (
http://code.google.com/p/awapi-local-db-sync/downloads/list) and as far as
I know is not longer maintained.

Hi,
awapi-local-db-sync-1.1.0 is a project that is not longer maintained since
is based on the v13 version of reports, I'll recommend you to not relay on
it.
Please try specifying email/password of your MCC account and then put in
client_emails your AdWords accounts client emails.

The fix for that is:
remove
MaximumCPM
from the keyword history report job in the production.config file:
[KeywordHistory]
report_job: StructureLocal DB Sync: KeywordKeywordKeywordAdGroupIdBottomPositionCampaignIdKeywordDestUrlDisplayKeywordIdKeywordIsNegativeKeywordStatusKeywordTypeDisplayMax
