You can use the TargetingIdeaService to get the PLACEMENT_CATEGORY
and APPROX_CONTENT_IMPRESSIONS_PER_DAY attributes for a given URL.
Currently only IDEAS mode is support by the RelatedToUrlSearchParameter.
