The v201002 version of the API was published for early testing of some
new services and is not yet ready to be used. We will announce on the
blog and forum when new version, services, or features become
available for general use.

On a related note, I see there are WSDLs available for a 201002

features (like the ability to upload media) get added in-between doc

The ability to upload images and icons for location extensions should
be available within the next 4-5 weeks. Please note that while we're
sharing these rough estimates to help you plan your API development,
all dates are subject to change.
