I'm having this EXACT same issue and the other thread doesn't seem to be helping. Do I need to wait to be approved by Google for the Adwords API to test this out? Or can I use the "pending" Developer Token? If I should be able to get a refresh token I'm not. Mark, have you had any luck here? O
