Unable to get Adgroup "Mobile Bid Adjustment" using Adwords API

We are using 3 different tools to get Adwords data: - AdWords Editor - AdWords Web Site - AdWords API (PHP version) And there is an issue to get "Mobile Bid Adjustment" using API or Web Site. In AdWords Editor here is sample adgroup with value -100%
