Hi Ernnie,
I'm not able to replicate this issue on my own account, are you able to
consistently reproduce it? I would suggest applying all of the targeting
changes to a given campaign in the same request, rather than making
back-to-back requests against the same campaign.

I tried to set a campaign criterion location Brazil(country) to a campaign
but changes does not appear in the UI. And the UI still displays it all
location are targeted. Also performed another get call to retrieve the
campaign criterions and it only replied Platform Type.
