blocker chrome extensions that are turned on? If there are, could you try

your location, country/city when accessing the documentation
browser type and version
use incognito mode (or similar) and try to access the documentation
provide screenshots or short video
Problem occurs even tho AdBlocker disabled for the site

I'm dealing with the same issue. I'm getting 'Service Unavailable' when
trying to view some pages on developers.google.com domain, but it seems to
work when using Incognito mode.
I'm using Chrome.
