About your test cases, if you are talking about switching campaigns in a
test account to CPA bidding, unfortunately this is not possible. Test
accounts don't serve therefore you won't be able to generate

I add conversions to a test campagn in other to change the bidding option
to use CPA bids instead of CPC ?
