There are no plans at this time to add CPC or bid information to the
TIS. Please keep in mind that the Search-based Keyword Tool is based
off of different technology than the TIS, which is more similar to the
AdWords Keyword Tool:

Why does the traffic estimator api not fetch the suggested Bid value
that is provided through the sktool keyword UI? It is suggested Bid
that we need.
A second related question. Why is the competition value from ITS a
fractional value ranging 0 to 1 but is an integer ranging from 0 to 9
in the UI

I saw the new beta doesn't have CPC information yet, is this still

generates suggested bids. There is no API for the SKTool, but the
TargetingIdeaService provides results similar to the Keyword Tool:
