Thanks for posting your concern.
The Google Ads UI recently changed to use a different mechanism for estimating
list size. These changes will be applied to the API in the near future.
For now please follow our blog as we will post there any relevant news about
this.

I tried to take the value Size:Display that I got from Tools & Settings >>
Audience Manager then I click one of the Audience Lists (like the picture I
attach below show number 840)
I tried using Google Ads API and use this query
select user_list.size_for_display
from user_list
where user_lis
