Unfortunately, that's not how sitelinks work. Sitelinks are intended to
embed high level destinations as part of your campaign (i.e. www.dogs.com,
www.cats.com).
If you want to track clicks via sitelinks, you can still use ValueTrack
with the sitelinks destinationUrl:
