I think I've found the real problem.
"Duplicate AdGroup"
It is possible to have duplicate AdGroup names either enabled, disabled or
deleted.
When I make sure there are no duplicate names, even the ID is different,
then this error does not occur.

I also found out that 10,000 is the magic number. 10,000 ids will be
accepted, 10,001 ids will throw the error. it would be nice if the error
message would be more obvious instead of SelectorError.SELECTOR_ERROR @
serviceSelector.
