Thank you for reaching out. As you mentioned, the bid adjustment is slightly
different in the API vs the UI which can be confusing. However they map to each
other as follows:
bidModifier of .1 is -10% in the UI, .2 is -20%, etc.
bidModifier of 1 is 0% in the UI, 2 is 100%, 2.5 is 150%,
