The cross-client reports feature was recalled and we do not support it yet.
I recommend to avoid using it until official release. Please refer to the

So we are requesting to download the report. what happens is it returns an
XML document set the status to RUNNING.

we keep calling the same until it's done. at the end instead of changing the
status to SUC
