It's been a roller coaster ride for months now trying to get completed
reports back in a timely manner. Against v13, I don't believe any
active engineering work is being done as most efforts are being
concentrated on getting cross client reporting ready for the v2011
library.

Keyword Performance Report requests. Today, we are timing out (after
2 hours!) waiting for a response. Is this being looked at currently?
