Dynamic Search Ads are still in the beta program - you'll need to be a
member to create or report on this type of Ad. Several new reports were
added, including some for DSA:

My customer wants to have the remarketing and DSA (Dynamic Search Ad) data
in an Ad Hoc report included. At the moment I run only a KEYWORDS
PERFORMANCE REPORT. I gues I have to create also a Campaign Performance
Report. Does someone have a c sharp example of getting remarketing and DSA
data?
