I am uploading jobs of type CONTACT_INFO and it's in a processing state for
3 hours, is this normal?
although the job has 1 user identifier with in one operation "create"

Is there a way (a dashboard or similar) to check the status of all jobs
that belong to an account? And, is it possible to configure a hook to send
an alert if a job has been running longer than expected and send an OK
message when it succeeds?

I created an OfflineUserDataJob with Mobile Ids for a specific UserList.
The request responded OK and gave back a job resource_name.
I've been checking the last 2 days the status of this job with the
resource_name, and is always RUNNING
