I finally find how to exclude negative keywords from our retrieved reports.
You can see the code below, retrieving anf filtering the "IsNegative" field.
Problem seems to be solved,

The V2011 KPR currently is not backward compatible with V13 and
earlier versions. Google has been made aware of this and as of July
26th: "Unfortunately, we do not have any updates at this time
regarding a dedicated report for criteria."
