Just to follow up here for the benefit of others - these KeywordMatchTypes
only occurred in v13 and will not come back when using v201109 (which is
the recommended and only version in one weeks time).

Which report and version are you using? Are you referring to the
KeywordMatchType or the CriteriaType fields?
If you are only interested in a subset of data, you can always define a
Predicate with your Selector to exclude certain types of data.
