There have been some adjustments in the number of requests allowed per
second against this service to prevent systems overload, I recommend you
reading this guidelines on how to deal with this kind of errors

Everything was running fine till now, but since last couple of days we are
getting following exception a lot when getting volumes
using TargetingIdeaService.
Have some policies changed regarding requests per second, Please let me
know.
