Hi Arnab, As per our criteria usage guide, you should be able to exclude Location criteria at the campaign level. You can refer to our geo targeting spreadsheet to determine the Criteria ID of those locations that are of TargetType = Postal Code. You would not be able to use zip/postal codes as
