Unfortunately the reply to author button is greyed out even though I
changed my default email to mail.google.com. Is there anyway else for me to

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please share the complete request and
response logs along with the client customer id and the email that you used to
generate the OAuth2 credentials via the Reply privately to author option for us
to further investigate?
