This list is not publicated any where, but you can check if your
operation have been permitted by policy.
Policy for keywords can differs.
For example:
RX - pharma keyword
Chevrolet - trademark violation
etc...
Also via API you can try to ask Adwords sup
The error Google sends back will tell you what the offending text
was. In this case it is "RX"
