I apologize for the confusion, those pages don't make it clear. Platform
IDs should be used with Platform criteria, while mobile platform IDs should
be used with OperatingSystemVersion criteria. If you target HighEndMobile
without specifying any OperatingSystemVersion criteria then y
Also, would 'HighEndMobile' encompass all the mobile platforms? I would
expect it to include 'iOS', 'Android', and 'Palm'.
