Unfortunately, the MutateJobService is intended for mutates. The
TargetingIdeaService does have a bulk method, but it has further
limitations the normal get method does not have:

mind that there are processes in place to ensure Quality of Service for all
customers. If you start making too many requests you will receive a
RateLimitExceededError and should slow down your requests.
